Staging

EVEREST

This was a beautiful remodel. The investor put a lot of love and effort into this house, and it shows. Brand new windows, updated flooring, and modern finishes throughout brought this home up to date. Really cool accents, from the kitchen lighting to the bathroom tile, set it apart from the competition.

CREEKWOOD

These homeowners were downsizing after getting all the kids off to college. They wanted to highlight the architectural features of the home, and the amazing built in saltwater aquarium, to potential buyers.

EVEREST

This house was remodeled by the same investor as the previous property on Everest. Her attention to detail and workmanship made for another beautiful makeover. She removed a wall separating the living room and dining room to create one large spacious living/dining/kitchen area.  Gorgeous!

GLENWOOD

This house wasn't getting the love it deserved. The seller had removed a wall in the living area, but the support beams were still there, which made it difficult to visualize how to arrange the furniture. Once it was staged, somebody snatched it up in about a week.

MARCUS ABRAMS

This seller had moved nearly everything out of the house in anticipation of the move, and what was left was outdated, so the house just wasn't communicating it's true potential. Once we filled it back up with current furniture and accessories it was like a new house.
